👥 Eligibility

Remote work arrangements are available to:

  • Full-time and part-time employees based on their roles and responsibilities.

  • Employees who demonstrate a high level of self-discipline, performance, and communication.

  • Roles that do not require constant physical presence (e.g., client support, infrastructure maintenance) are more suitable for remote work.

Final approval is at the discretion of management based on departmental needs and employee performance.


 

🕘 Work Hours & Availability

  • Employees must be available during core working hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

  • Flexibility is allowed outside of core hours, provided that deliverables are met.

  • Use company-approved communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) to remain accessible to your team.


 

💻 Equipment & Security

  • Terrantech provides necessary tools including laptops, licensed software, and secure VPN access.

  • Employees are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and distraction-free workspace.

  • Follow Terrantech’s IT and data protection policies to ensure company data confidentiality.


 

📈 Performance & Communication

  • Remote employees are expected to attend daily/weekly meetings, sprint reviews, and team check-ins.

  • Regular status updates and timely delivery of tasks are essential.

  • Managers will review performance based on output, KPIs, and responsiveness.


 

📅 Attendance & Leave

  • Remote employees must report working hours through the official attendance system.

  • All leaves must be applied and approved in advance, as per company leave policy.


 

🧠 Support & Well-being

  • Mental health and work-life balance are a priority. We encourage regular breaks and flexibility.

  • Our HR team offers remote engagement programs and wellness resources.

  • Employees can request hybrid or in-office options if remote work is no longer suitable.
